The Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation (SUF) was founded by Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu, a Nigerian entrepreneur whose early life experiences and mentorship inspired him to give back to society. SUF is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for widows and young people through training, mentorship, empowerment, and various partnership programs. We believe in fostering self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic development.
Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu is a distinguished Nigerian entrepreneur and the Founder and Executive Chairman of Stanel Group, with a career spanning energy, retail, real estate, and hospitality. A graduate of the University of Jos with an honorary doctorate from Commonwealth University, UK, he has created over 7,000 jobs, significantly impacting Nigeria’s economy. His latest venture, The Delborough Lagos, a luxury hotel launched in November 2023, has quickly gained global recognition, hosting Presidents, Heads of State, and international elites. The hotel’s rapid success has attracted franchising interest worldwide, reinforcing Nigeria’s status as a premier hospitality destination.
Beyond business, Dr. Uzochukwu is deeply committed to philanthropy and youth empowerment. Through Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation (SUF) initiatives, he supports over 2,000 widows, orphans, and physically challenged individuals annually, offering scholarships, housing, and livelihood programs. His Access More with Stanel initiative, in partnership with Access Bank, has mentored and funded over 3,000 young entrepreneurs, fostering innovation and financial independence. Additionally, his collaborations with UNDP and IAESTE have enhanced workforce development, bringing global expertise to Nigeria. Dr. Uzochukwu’s acts of service are central to his legacy. Through Stanel Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, he annually supports over 2,000 widows, orphans, and physically challenged individuals across Nigeria. His charity work includes building homes, distributing SUVs, providing scholarships, and hosting capacity-building programs. In addition to his generosity, Dr. Uzochukwu’s leadership is marked by strategic corporate partnerships. Through his Access More with Stanel initiative, in collaboration with Access Bank, over 3,000 young entrepreneurs receive mentorship and financial support each year, promoting youth entrepreneurship across Nigeria. His strategic alliance with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has also enabled the recruitment and training of Nigerian graduates. At the same time, his partnership with IAESTE has brought international interns from Brazil and Mexico for research-based training, further enhancing Nigeria’s workforce development.

Kehinde Rankin is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Stanel Group, a leading conglomerate in Nigeria, West Africa, with over 8 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic planning. She began her career as a trainee accountant and gradually progressed into more senior roles, where she collaborated with diverse teams, offering tailored solutions and addressing gaps within finance departments to improve efficiency.
Kehinde holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Management from The University of Westminster and trained as a tech-savvy accountant with Lefort and Kreative Storm. Her expertise in corporate finance is helping Stanel Group navigate industry-specific challenges and achieve sustainable profitability.
In her spare time, Kehinde enjoys watching her favorite Christian drama series, “Abattoir,” conducting market research, and spending time with her family. She is also a dog lover and considers family her greatest priority.
Angela Madaki is the Program Director of Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation (SUF).She started her career with MTN Nigeria as a customer service representative before joining Stanel oil Ltd as an accountant and rose up to become General Manager stanel petrochemical industries limited Northern Region, with 12 years of exceptional Experience in Oil and gas Sector.
With a strong background in Accounting, Business Startup and Management, she has successfully managed programs that benefited Women, Widows, Orphans, IDPs and the Youths. With her skills in Team leadership, strategic planning and exceptional management abilities, she is dedicated to championing innovation and continuous improvement within SUF programs, encouraging the adoption of new ideas and technologies.
She earned a HND in Accounting from The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, a post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from The Nigerian College of Accountancy.
Angela is a Member of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and also An Associate Member of Nigeria institute of Management (NIM)
She is Currently Running an Msc Program in Financial Management at ANAN University.
